In Your Street

In Your Street facilitates informal supportive links between older people, carers or younger people with a disability and their neighbours. It does not aim to replace formal services that people may be receiving, but assists with the development of informal local community support networks.

Neighbours provide their services free of charge but do not have a formal relationship with UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide.

Clients

Younger people with a disability and older people who are over 60 years of age and who are experiencing difficulty in living in the community but who do not require formal care.
