Horizons is a volunteer Programme of the Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre - North and West Country. Horizons
volunteers provide
social support and respite to carers and the people they care
for, increasing their informal networks and enhancing their capacity
to continue in their caring role.
The Programme is centrally administered from the
office at 43 Franklin Street and volunteers are supported by
the coordinators at our
regional offices and outreach agencies.
